I got into copywriting through fiction, as many copywriters do. However, what began as a means to an end quickly became a passion of its own.

Now, my fiction has taken a back seat, and I focus almost solely on copywriting and running my business.

Working with clients and other freelancers on copywriting projects is, for me, a tremendous source of joy.

While I feel I’ve got a strong writing voice, I’m also technically minded and meticulous. Many writers hate editing and proofing, but fine-tuning copy gives me a literal buzz.

At the end of the day, I want to be proud of every single thing I write. And I want to enjoy the actual process, not just the pints of Guinness I buy afterwards.
